Skin fair is just days away, and with that in mind I bring you a preview of 3 new skins from GeEs Design by Gandalf Edman which will debut at the event. This post is picture heavy, so prepare yourself! I picked out one makeup from each of the lines to show you.

First we have the Tara America skin, in the Alabama make-up. I love the deep, rich, tone of the skin. The make-ups are all named after American states.

I especially like the details, like the shading of the bum!

I was surprised how well this skin suited me, the Tara America is officially my favourite of the three.
Please read on after the cut for more pictures and important details!

Next up is the Tara Australia skin in the Darwin make-up. For the Australia line, each makeup is named after Australian cities.

Also to be noted is how the spin stands out without being harsh. I’m someone who finds this aesthetic important.

Check out the make-up, the use of color here is fantastic!

The final skin is Tara India, shown here in the Madras make-up with the bindi option which is only available with the Madras make-up. The India make-ups are all related to Indian cities.

None of these skins had obvious flaws, but I am the kind of person who cares about the overall look most. Still, who wouldn’t love that bum?

The bindi option with this make-up is really smart, ethnic skins are seriously lacking in SL. I sort of wish these skins were darker to compliment the Indian theme a bit more.
Now for the important details! These skins will debut at the skin far on November 7, 2009. The stall for GeEs Design is located here: http://slurl.com/secondlife/VANITY%20UNIVERSE/173/113/36 and will have a promotional price for the duration of the event. Tara America and Tara Australia are available with nine make-up-styles, each style comes with four options (matte lips or glossy lips and with or without pubic hair), a brow base and a facelight. Tara India comes in six make-up-styles with all the components that the other two lines have with the addition of the bindi option for the Madras make-up. Each single skin is on special for L$ 499 while the bundles of all make-up options are L$ 1599 for America and Australia; and then L$ 1099 for India. The bundles also include a non-modifiable shape. After the fair the skins will go into the mainstore and will be at regular price.
By the way, the skin fair will be collecting donations for Care International, so your Lindens will be going to a great cause. So go, see, demo, and spend big!
