Going Green This Week

It is week 8 of Luna’s 52 Weeks of Color blogger challenge and this week we were handed green as the color we were to work with. Surprisingly I had more green than I thought, but I realized some of it was from my very beginnings (now deleted), freebies (also now deleted) and things I had never opened. So once I had done a bit of sorting, I tried to match some of the green to the tone picked by Luna and the rest is my best effort – it is the holidays after all!

Un Peu De Cerise

Hi guys, it’s week 7 of Luna’s 52 Weeks of Color blogger’s challenge! This week the color is cerise, which is what I would have normally called fuchsia I guess. Anyway, I know that everyone and their grandmother probably is wearing this skirt but Kalia doesn’t care and will speak only in the third person if people are mean to her about it. Holiday Time Already?

I can’t believe Christmas and the end of the year is nearly here! I still have so much to get done, but I wanted to quickly show you all some times I got over the last couple weeks. Starting with the Holiday Bench from Awesome Blossom which you can pick up for only L$ 149 and seats 6 with cute poses (includes wreath and texture-change pillows)!

Then to what I’m wearing! The top with one puffed sleeve and micro-belt is from fri.day and is called the Rhapsody.Tunic. It comes in 10 color combinations for L$ 150 each or L$ 1000 for all of them! My cute little shearling-lined boots are from *BOOM* and are available in a massive 20 colors for only L$ 90 each!

I’ve got to run and get more things done, ta-ta for now!

Week 6 – I Made It To Yellow

You know, I had already taken the picture for this week’s blogger challenge (52 Weeks of Color) when I noticed someone else wearing the same skirt (Stacie Pryor in case you were curious). Well, I did my best with yellow and wanted to have some variety in the hue, so I hope I did you all proud. Not a lot of words this week, I have a party to get to!

There’s Something About Sepia

It’s week 5 of Luna’s 52 Weeks of Color blogger’s challenge, and she stuck us with sepia! Although, I did end up wearing the same scarf as she wore in her post (from *BOOM*), so I guess I can forgive her. I cheated a bit by tinting an olive belt to make it sepia, but then I found once again that every designer’s idea of sepia is different. The BAX Prestige Boots in brown suede from Bax Coen Designs come with a sepia, but it was too much of an orange for me, but the regular brown choice matched pretty much perfectly. The jacket was called sepia colored as well, but it’s so not – still I like how it works with the chocolate dress and browns in the bracelets (which has a sepia-ish bangle). All in all, not too shabby I think!
