Hi everyone, I am currently switching all blogs feeding onto Chic Critique over to the new reader, so if you do not see posts showing up for the next little while, you know why. I’ll post another message here when the update is done.

Special Advertising Rates

Since it’s a new year, I thought I’d get things going with a bang – since SL Chic Critique is doing so well, why not do a special advertising rate? Currently our rates are set up like this:

• 1 week (7 days): L$ 1500
• 2 weeks (14 days): L$ 2500
• 1 month (30 days): L$ 5000
• 6 months (180 days): L$ 25000
• 1 year: L$ 50000

For a short amount of time, we’re going to offer the 6 month advertising package for 25% off, and the 1 year package for 30% off. So the special rates are:

• 6 months (180 days): L$ 18750
• 1 year: L$ 35000

Banners are 125 x 125 squares featured on the right side of each page, with their order rotating, so everyone gets a chance to be on top! Banners that aren’t sized in such a way will be resized for you. If you’d like to take advantage of this special, in the comment section of the advertising form mention “SLShop-a-holic special rate!” Even though we’re primarily a fashion feed, we welcome advertising for any genre of business or services. Any ads placed will be confirmed by email before being added to the page, so please make sure to check your account for a response.

SL Chic Critique is One Week Old!

SL Chic Critique officially launched one week ago today! I think we’re still the newest fashion-focused SL feed out there, so here’s a look at our stats for the last 10 days:

Stats for August 7th to August 17th, 2009

Unique visitors: 474
Number of visits:    1219
Hits    (3.47 Pages/Visit):    14326

I don’t know how that compares to anywhere else, but I am happy with it considering that we’re still pretty much in start-up mode. So a big thank you goes out to everyone who has applied to be on the feed, everyone who is reading it, and especially to my tech wizard/partner (not in that way!) Seattle Barbosa!

Remember, applying to be on the feed is easy peasy with the application form. We also have advertising available at a very competative rate…so check it out if you’re so inclined.

My partner Seattle Barbosa and I have been very surprised by the amount of interest and response in less than 48 hours! We’ve been working hard to make it not only highly functional, but a place where all types can get their SL fashion and product info.
