Kunglers Extra Jewelry Makes Me Smile

Kunglers is a brand that I have followed and posted about several times on my blog. Some of my most favorite items from them are part of the Kunglers Extra line, which is their jewelry store. On Tuesday they released their latest set, Camelia in 3 colors, aluminum (which I am wearing), silver and golden. In each you get a gorgeous necklace and a matching pair of earrings.

I was also fortunate enough to see the releases to be exclusive only to the Jewelry Fair 2010, the Orquidea set in golden (as shown above) and lemon (shown below). My love for the Orquidea set in other colors is well documented, I used it on the current banner on the feed I co-own, Chic Critique! Visit Kunglers Extra at the fair with this limo ride

The fair opens tomorrow October 8, 2010 so you will have to wait until then to get your hands on these exquisite items. The theme this year is Beauty and the Beast, so it should be very interesting to see! It’s also supporting Oxfam International, so no need to feel guilty about indulging in gorgeous jewelry, your purchases could very well help someone in need.

A Taste of Another Time

Some of you might be surprised to know that I have a soft spot in my heart for things that remind me of ancient societies, particularly anything Egyptian.  In my real life I sport a tattoo of the Two Eyes of Horus the Elder (my sister has the same one, it’s the one thing we shared without arguing).

Funnily enough, Rosie Barthelmess of Sable Rose just released this Triple Chain Ankh necklace that features a large, black stone, Egyptian ankh and an Eye of Horus pendant attached to the bottom of it. I am, of course, enjoying this piece very much! It is nothing like anything else sitting in my inventory at this moment.

If you’ve never heard of Sable Rose before, it is a jewellery store that seems to focus on precious stones and leather along with the usual metals. All the pieces seemed to be inspired from different things, such as  religion, nature, and everyday items. For those of you strapped for cash after the holidays, there is a free leather choker for women and a leather cuff for men.

Precious Jewels

Yesterday I updated everyone about a store I hadn’t covered in a while, called Seldom Blue. Today I am bringing you two L$ 1 jewelry sets which are part of their new expansion. New partner, Singsong Writer is responsible for the new offerings. Above pictured is the Ocean Shell Set in Silver, the earrings and matching bracelet would be a welcome addition to any wardrobe.
